EXPERIENCE
Associate Appraiser:
Tracy is enrolled in the University of British Columbia’s Real Estate Division for the formal education requirements to achieve the Canadian Residential Appraiser designation. Courses completed include AIC 1101, AIC 1102, BUSI 400 (Residential Property Analysis) and BUSI 111 (Real Property Law). Tracy is a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has fulfilled the mandatory requirements of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Since December 1999, Tracy has been working as an associate appraiser under signature of Joseph R. Caruso, AACI, P.App. Tracy has become expert in the appraisal of most residential property types ranging from condominium apartments to luxury waterfront estates, acreages, hobby farms and orchards. Tracy’s geographic area of expertise is in the Kelowna Region including the city of Kelowna and the areas of Lakeview Heights, the Westside, Rutland, Joe Riche, Black Mountain, Lake Country (Winfield, Oyama, McKinley Landing and Carrs Landing), Peachland, Westbank and Big White. In addition, during the past five years Tracy has completed a number of commercial, industrial and investment property appraisals.
Executive Assistant: Executed office duties as well as research for residential and complex commercial appraisals. Gathering data from clients, City Hall, Regional Districts, real estate agents, etc.
Previous Experience: Assistant to the controller and the marketing manager at Legend Communities Ltd., a real estate development firm. The firm specialized in developing and marketing strata-titled adult condominiums and developing projects for the BC Housing Society.
Financial Experience: Seventeen years bookkeeping experience with small and medium sized companies, Legend Communities Ltd., Domestic Appliance Sales & Service Ltd., Happy Viking Furniture, Laser Visions Technology, Scan Designs Furniture, Couch Potato, as well as private home-based businesses. |
