Real Estate Appraiser required for a well-established and varied practice with loyal clients, in the Kelowna and Central Okanagan area. Due to increasing demand for our services our company is growing and looking to add an AACI member or Candidate working towards this designation to complete appraisals of commercial, industrial and institutional properties in addition to having the opportunity to value other special use properties.
Willing to train a qualified candidate.
Appraiser must have:
• Enthusiasm, and be a self starter with a strong entrepreneurial attitude
• Professional and have the ability to negotiate and sell services
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as be have good computer skills
• Current member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, or soon be.
• Familiarity with commercial and/or residential real estate valuation and methodologies
Designated AACI preferred but will consider a senior CRA wanting to get their AACI designation as well as a candidate with experience working toward their AACI.
Fee splits commensurate with experience and negotiable. Very good opportunity for professional growth and excellent compensation and flexible work environment.
